Operative

We have two Operative positions working in our magnet assembly value stream.
In these roles you will be trained on the front and back-end procedures of the coil winding process.
This will include the use of hand tools, reading engineering drawings, selecting the correct wire to be used, producing a former and cutting material to the correct size.
You will also learn how to finish the coil and ensure that it is smooth and ready use.
It would be desirable if you had previous experience in a practical role using hands tools, however training will be provided.
Attention to detail and the willingness to learn is essential.
