What is the RoleOur Operations Trainer will be a key operational requirement within SSE Airtricity.
In this role you will:- Produce high quality learning resources to cater to all learning needs- Be responsible for managing reporting needs- Conduct learning needs analysis with key operational stakeholders- Create robust assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning and critically analyse the outcomes- Act as an SSE ambassador and lead by example by supporting, contributing and driving towards the department objectives and goalsWhat do I need?To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:- Knowledge of the Northern Ireland retail energy markets and an understanding of the requirements associated with working in a regulated utility industry- Demonstrable experience in delivering effective and engaging training sessions- Strong coaching and communication skills- An understanding of key operations functions (Customer Service, Billing, Credit Control, Meter Reading)- Competency in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelAbout our BusinessSSE is a multinational energy company listed on the FTSE 100, with a vision "to be a leading energy company in a net zero world".
