What You'll Do - Lead and Inspire : Manage and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, setting and surpassing productivity targets.
Develop Talent : Coach your team to excel, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and a lean approach.
Drive Efficiency : Use planning tools to keep operations smooth and identify issues before they arise.
Champion the Customer : Embrace a customer-first mindset and instill it within your team.
