Job Title: Operations Team Lead - Harlow Depot We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join our team at our Harlow Depot.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring they work safely and efficiently, and achieving key targets.

You will work closely with the shift manager to plan workload and resource effectively, develop the skills of your team members, and support their career aspirations.
