Operations Support Agent

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Operations Support Agent on behalf of our client.
You will be required to complete administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front line operation, which will include data entry, trace activities, despatch activities.  Carrying out face to face pre-briefs and de-briefs, dealing with traffic enquiries.
You will be required to provide excellent customer service to clients and customers and perform any adhoc duties that arise.
Due to the location of the role you would be required to have your own transport.
