Solving order management issues.
Generating commercial invoices.
Performing any ad-hoc duties as required.
Developing internal relationships within brands to promote operational excellence.
Responding to all queries and issues related to orders in a courteous and timely manner Managing logistics, including ensuring all orders have a shipping date in line with the warehouse schedule, creating and assisting logistics partners in obtaining bookings with retailers, and managing courier claims.
