Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at DSC Nutrition in Portsmouth.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and productivity in the organization.
Qualifications Operations Management, Process Optimization, and Staff Management skills Strategic Planning and Decision-making abilities Budgeting and Financial Analysis skills Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control knowledge Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Experience in the nutrition or food industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
