Operations Manager – Up to £55k + Bonus & car/car allowance - Northwest England My client is looking to bring an operations Manager in to join this established, Education Contract Caterer to take overall responsibility for the catering services within the patch which covers Northwest England.
Company benefits: OTE salary of £60k+ Car allowance of £550 p/m A growing company with great growth potential About the position: You will be overseeing a mixed portfolio of 25-30 primary and secondary schools in Northwest England.
This role requires strong leadership, experience in managing change and building new teams plus new openings/contract mobilisation.
It is required you have area management experience in education and financial accountability and understanding is a must.
This is for someone with a niche skill set and a real understanding of excellence to meet the client's needs.
You will be well presented with an impeccable eye for detail, patient and observant.
