We are seeking a passionate Operations Manager to join our team at the AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless execution of the AC Hotels by Marriott brand standards.
You will play a crucial role in maximising financial performance, driving guest satisfaction, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Lead and optimise all hotel operations, including Rooms Division and Food & Beverage, to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maximising financial performance.
Team Development: Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, creating a culture of service excellence and employee engagement.
Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and control costs to achieve optimal financial results.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving guest issues promptly.
Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Brand Compliance: Adhere to Marriott brand standards and local regulations.
About You: Proven leadership experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and systems (OPERA Micros preferred).
