I am recruiting for an Operations Manager to oversee services that supports adults with Learning Disabilities.

The successful candidate will provide day to day leadership, Operational Management and strategic direction to 7 Supported Living premises.
Hours: Full time Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 You will be a dynamic, innovative, outcome focussed Operations Manager with a demonstrable understanding of the Health and Social Care sector and a recent track record of success in managing community-based services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Key responsibilities of an Operations Manager: To provide support and guidance to house leaders, working across Blossom's supported living homes, ensuring that all company policies and procedures, and legal requirements are understood and upheld.Ensure continuous improvement processes are maintained, and operational goals are supported, in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Director.Implement strategies for performance management and improvement, supporting house leaders with regular supervision and annual appraisals.Monitor adherence to regulations, policy and procedures and CQC best practice.Support the Operations Director with effective recruitment and placement of required staff.Support the Operations Director in all aspects for HR issues including sickness monitoring and retention of staff.Support the Operations Director with staff discipline in line with company policy.Support the Operations Director in training of new managers.Support and monitor performance and implement improvements.
Ensure quality of care and highest standards are maintained.Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of communication within the service.Facilitate coordination and communication between the staff team.
