This is a fantastic new opportunity to join an exciting and innovative global law firm on their journey of accelerating their Data & AI evolution.
We are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to this evolution, an individual who is dedicated to making a meaningful impact and eager to shape the future intersection of data, AI, and law.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the Chief Data & AI Officer and the Data & AI Leadership team to manage the operational aspects of the Function.
This person will also work with the Head of Data & AI Transformation to develop the communication and inter-action with various stakeholders across the business.
The role is responsible for supporting the CDAIO with the detailed planning, facilitation and implementation of the strategic and operational priorities of the function.
The focus will also include the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures.
They will play a pivotal role liaising with key stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the strategy and opportunities for the use of Data & AI and supporting the operations of the Data & AI Function.
Skills, experience and characteristics: Experienced in managing complex operational and change focused projects and programmes.
Track record in delivering effective operational solutions in international, complex and matrix management environments (preferably partnerships).
Financially literate and experience owning a P&L. High levels of personal discretion, business ethics and integrity.
A dynamic and proactive self-starter with strong inter-personal and communications skills and client service focus; capable of building and maintaining strong relationships.
Ability to influence a diverse group of global stakeholders, whilst managing the demands and pressures of the day job.
Comfortable operating in sometimes ambiguous situations, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative personal working style.
Strong Communication skills – written and verbal.
Expertise in pulling together powerpoint, word, excel documentation for management reporting, analysis and communication.
Innovative, with an ability to sensitively and courageously challenge the status quo.
