Our client is a dynamic executive search firm seeking an Operations Manager for a 12-month maternity cover.
With offices in London and New York, they specialise in financial services.
This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations across both offices and supporting their growth.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and key team members to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Tracks company billings, invoices clients, manages credit control, and reconciles accounts.
Runs and reports company payroll, manages budgets, and ensures accurate P&L reporting.
Oversees the recruitment cycle for internal candidates and manages relationships with recruitment contacts.
Supports the build-out of the New York office, manages office expenses, and ensures seamless day-to-day operations.
Handles visa applications and renewals for employees, particularly for the US office.
Provides PA duties for the Director, organise internal events, and maintains company documents and policies.
Manages client invoices, ensures timely payments, and maintains strong client relationships.
Requirements 5 years in a similar role, with recent recruitment experience.
Strong understanding of financial management and bookkeeping (experience with Xero) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexible, hands-on, and able to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment.
Experience managing offices in New York and handling visa processes is highly desirable.
