3-OpsFin/RvF Operations Manager London Permanent ASAP Start Up to £90k, depending on experience Mostly office-based The Client: A leading growing global investment firm with a team of under 100 and a small but close-knit administrative team.

The Role: This is a newly created Operations Manager role which will involve oversight of all operational matters in the London office.
Responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to): Office and facilities management, including liaising with building management, coordinating office space and management of vendors and contractors Line management of EA team Full project management of office moves, fit-outs and internal moves Maintain first aid and fire safety office practices and training Implement new policies and procedures for improving office efficiency Delivering and drafting office communications Ad-hoc project and administrative support.
Candidate Specification: Previous office management and / or operations experience is essential for this role Prior experience of handling an office move is essential for this role Excellent project management, organization and prioritization skills Self-starter, able to work independently and on own initiative Team-oriented and muck-in attitude Problem-solving approach.
