Operations Manager

Operations Manager, Dungannon, up to £50,000 plus benefits I am working with a successful NI owned manufacturing & engineering business who are seeking to appoint their new Operations Manager who will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the business.
Due to the nature of their work this role would particularly suit someone coming from a design background who wishes to further their career in operational management.
The company provides and specialises in the manufacture of stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel products with an ever-growing customer based across the food production, process and engineering markets across NI and into ROI.
In this role you will be reporting to and working closely with the senior manager in the day to day running of the business, this will include; Supporting the delivery of customer projects across the province Implementing management structure and processes Leading small engineering team (design, engineers etc) What we are looking for Design engineering background Customer / projects experience AutoCAD /SolidWorks skills Experience of management / projects / leadership is desirable
