Operations Manager

Ringway is a market leader in the Highways Term Maintenance Industry, responsible for looking after over 50,000 kms of the UK's highways network.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Bracknell Forest team, undertaking activities such as:
Responsible for all elements of contract delivery Building collaborative relationships with clients, employees and contractors Tendering, programming and management of both suppliers and subcontractors Management of supervisors, agents and project managers Administering contracts and dispute resolution Overall management of maintenance and capital programmes Budget management to ensure the business is profitable Charing meetings including HS&E, Operations and Highway Programme Duty Manager for Winter Service Ideal Candidate :
Strong people management skills A good level of Engineering knowledge Proficient with IT Able to work at a fast pace and reactively when required Full UK driving license Strong highways background
