Operations Manager - Residential Block Management
Salary: £50-55k + Car Allowance

The Role
As an Operations Manager , you'll oversee a portfolio of large, complex residential sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering a top-tier property management service in compliance with regulations and company standards.
Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and residents, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Managing service charge budgets and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance, including major works and Section 20 consultations.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Property Managers, fostering their professional growth.
Taking ownership of compliance, health, and safety across your region with a meticulous, proactive approach.
The Person
You're a seasoned professional with a proven track record in UK block management.
We're looking for someone who:

Is experienced in managing complex portfolios and compliance challenges.
