Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Retail-FCL in Basingstoke.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.
