Operations Manager (Equities) – Major Hedge Fund - £150-175K Tc

Our client, a market-leading multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund, is looking to make a senior hire within the operations team for their London office, recruiting an Operations Manager.
The role requires a senior, high-calibre trade support professional to lead its specialist EMEA equities operations/middle office team.
In addition to overseeing all BAU coverage and supervising the team, the Operations Manager will act as the first point of escalation for multiple investment professionals, facing off to the front office and senior management.
Candidates should have 7-15 years of relevant experience in operations, middle office, or trade support, either on the buy-side or within a well-established sell-side institution.
Whilst broad asset class exposure is desirable, a specialism in equities, both swap and cash products, is required.
This is a critical hire, and the role offers a total compensation band of £150-175k initially, with year-on-year growth potential
