Exciting Opportunity: Operations Manager for Residential Children's Homes!
Location: Swindon Salary: Starting at £63,000 per year + bonuses Lead with Impact, Shape the Future, and Join a Forward-Thinking Team!
We're searching for an exceptional Operations Manager to take charge of our Residential Children's Homes.
With a number of established homes in Swindon -each rated "Good" or "Outstanding" by Ofsted-and two more planned for 2025, this is your chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
What You'll Do: Register as the Responsible Individual with Ofsted for all homes, driving excellence in care and compliance.
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring Ofsted standards are not only met but exceeded.
Oversee and inspire Managers and Seniors, with monthly performance reviews to keep our teams motivated and on track.
Collaborate with Directors in monthly meetings to align on goals, growth, and service quality.
Connect with local authorities to manage referrals smoothly and ensure the best placements for every child.
Engage with families, attend training sessions, and foster a nurturing environment for staff and residents alike.
Lead HR and recruitment to keep the business running seamlessly.
Maintain monthly monitoring and oversee budgeting to keep our homes financially healthy and ready for growth.
Qualifications Needed: NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management.
Solid Ofsted track record, demonstrated through experience.
Leadership experience within Ofsted-regulated services, with strong motivational and supervisory skills.
Expertise in budgeting and managing complex operations, with top-notch organization and communication abilities.
