We are currently recruiting for a Manager at OBU - Overheads.
Location: Oxford Brookes University Rate of pay: £45,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Fixed Term of 3 months to cover sickness Key responsibilities Support the delivery and communication of annual budgets for each unit and resulting actions.
Facilitate reviews and processes for the sector to aid in the overall financial delivery highlighting to the Account Director any risks.
Ensure all site team members have accurate and efficient financial control systems and are trained as specific to that site.
Develop Mgmt leads as required and identify the training needs.
Work with relevant parties in CH&CO to ensure these needs are met.
Be the first point of reference, for all client comments and concerns and take any necessary action Support the Unit Managers and Chefs to ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered to the highest standards and in line with CH&CO food values To work within the Health & Food Safety and Compliance guidelines and legislation as necessary on matters related to Health and Safety ensuring best practices are established and delivered on site.
