Our Energy client are powering the future - and we're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead their Lincolnshire Power Station team.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be the go-to expert leading the Maintenance Department.

You'll be working in a gas-powered station, so knowledge of working with within this environment is key.

A hands-on role where you'll tackle challenges head-on, from managing contractors to leading pressure system inspections and ensuring environmental compliance.

You'll work to maintain the plant's performance while keeping safety and sustainability at the forefront.

Strong knowledge of industrial gas turbines, steam systems and pressure system safety regulations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
