They've built an impressive client base in the commercial/education space, helping their customers save millions of pounds and thousands of tonnes of CO2.
Due to expansion they are now looking for an O&M Manager with PV experience to join them on their journey as they continue their mission to help our institutions adopt green energy.
About the Role - You will be responsible for ensuring optimum performance for their solar projects, including scheduling maintenance and working with clients to resolve reactive issues.
You will ensure their systems are safe and performing to standard.
This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities Manage their solar systems, ensuring planned/reactive works are undertaken within scope.
Monitor performance of Systems within the portfolio to ensure they are in line with expectations.
Carry out technical analysis.
Produce performance reports.
Skills: Electrical O&M Experience.
People management experience.
Experience within the solar industry (desirable).
Pay range and compensation package - Salary up to £60,000.
Performance bonus.
25 days holiday.
