Our focus is on designing, building, operating, and maintaining low carbon district energy networks for communities, towns, and cities.
Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Finance Controller to join our dynamic Operations team.
This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills who can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities * Manage chargeable works operations using advanced CRM systems * Provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting for departmental KPIs * Support operations leadership in performance optimization and compliance * Monitor and report on maintenance activities * Implement efficiency dashboards using Power BI * Audit operational data for accuracy and completeness * Drive continuous improvement in operational processes Required Qualifications * Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics * Proven experience in operational data analysis * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint * Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Strong interpersonal abilities * Genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions Personal Attributes * Self-motivated and hard-working * Proactive problem-solver * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data accuracy * Comfortable communicating at all business levels Compensation Package * Base Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 (depending on experience) * Discretionary performance bonus * 25 days annual leave (option to purchase/sell additional 5 days) * Comprehensive benefits including: * Pension plan * Private healthcare * Cycle to work scheme * Electric car lease option * Health and well-being support * Continuing learning opportunities * Company laptop/PC Our Commitment We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds.
