Please note that this is a Manchester based role, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Summary of our role The role Operations Executive will see you help to run resource management within one of our agencies.
You will work across all disciplines and Shared Services, establishing strong relationships to make sure expectations and deadlines are met, from creative brief to final delivery, whilst never compromising on quality.
You will support the Operations / Senior Operations manager in a single agency team.

What you can expect to be doing: Support resource scheduling alongside the Ops / Snr Ops Manager Be the first point of call for team questions and resource scheduling troubleshooting Alongside the Ops / Snr Ops Manager, maintain awareness of all projects and share any challenges that the team is having Support the Ops / Snr Ops Manager in running a daily stand up to run through the resource schedule, with input and status from account leads Support the Ops / Snr Ops Manager in running a weekly resource meeting to plan for 1-4 weeks ahead Help with resource scheduling for internal events (AGM, monthly meetings, team events, lunch and learns, amplification of wider company activities) Ensure briefs from the client services team are ready on time and in line with resource bookings Work collaboratively with others in the team to develop your craft to enhance the effectiveness of the work we produce Ensure quality control is planned in by project leads Encourage folder structure and file naming consistency, alongside Client Services, Creative and Studio This role could be a great fit for you if you have: Excellent communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Commercial awareness A process driven mind set What you can expect from us A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters.
