You would be working in a small team, helping to facilitate private tours for high end exclusive guests, visiting the UK, as well as New York, Paris and other growing territories.
The first part of the role involves operations management.
Answering customer emails, hotel concierge inquiries, facilitating tours, making suggestions, tailor making itineraries, processing bookings and ensuring the smooth and seamless operation of all tours each day.
You will also be required to assist with and research logistics - sourcing new contractors - guides and drivers, researching potential new tours, assisting in developing tours in other countries and markets and you will have plenty of opportunities to pitch ideas.
The role will allow a new candidate to become familiar with the operations of the company, learning the ins and outs and developing an understanding of how we are able to maintain and enhance a renowned 5 star service to our clients around the world.

About You: Minimum education requirement: University Degree This role would suit someone with energy, attention to detail, able to work under pressure, someone who is looking to build a career with an exciting new company, looking to grow with the company, provide a fresh energy and creative ideas.
Please be proficient and experienced with Microsoft Word, with a fast typing speed and comfortable with computers and working online.

This role is 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.
However, in the peak season (March-August), it is 5 days a week with one day being either Saturday or Sunday.
Outside of those months, every second week would require a weekend day (with a Friday or Monday off in lieu).
We operate a hybrid work from home/in office system - typically with three days a week in the office and two days at home.
Weekend days are also generally work from home, although you may use the office if you wish.
We work hard and enjoy a good social office experience with dinners, theatre outings and good times.
