We are currently recruiting for an Operations Director to work with us across our stadia estate.
We are looking for an experienced operator who can lead our senior on-site teams to deliver and provide great experiences.
This is a brand-new role and will involve working with sites we have in London, Southampton, Charlton, Watford, and Peterborough.
Location: Flexible if happy to travel to London, Southampton, Charlton, Watford, and Peterborough
Rate of pay: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum + amazing benefits
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, this position would require working 5 over 7 shift patterns depending on business needs
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, direction, and support to the stadium/venue operations departments Lead a bottom-up review of all stadium/venue operational activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness Manage relationships with all stadium/venue stakeholders (internal and external) Set and maintain the operations budget, ensuring cost controls are implemented as needed to achieve positive financial results Oversee control of all inventories, product costs, and purchasing Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time Our Ideal Candidate: Demonstrable event operations or stadium management experience within a high-paced environment Proven experience delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget Sound track record of managing and forecasting significant budgets Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate people and teams Demonstrable experience implementing change in large-scale and/or complex operations Proven experience managing and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders What's in it for you?
