The Team: You will report directly to our Chief People Officer who oversees our People and Operations functions. Our diverse, global teams utilise deep subject-matter expertise to assist clients navigate complex regulatory challenges and optimise technology policies, to fuel growth. Our dedicated team of Operations professionals is responsible for keeping our practices operating smoothly in 200+ markets around the world. Sometimes working behind the scenes, sometimes front-and-centre of a company-wide initiative, they are always implementing strategies that drive key business successes.
What you'll do: Operational Management: Lead and oversee our PMO team, ensuring they are supporting the strategic objectives of our company with streamlined and efficient processes and workflows. Drive operational excellence and effectiveness across our end-to-end client process.Resource Management: Oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilisation to maximise operational efficiency. Ensure that projects are staffed appropriately and that resources are deployed effectively to meet client and company objectives.Process Design: Design and optimise business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Implement best practices in process management to drive consistent and measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement that supports client centric goals.Transformation Leadership: Lead transformation projects, guiding stakeholders through the process of organisational change. Be a leading voice in change management initiatives, working collaboratively across the business to ensure initiatives are embedded successfully.People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team of professionals. Cultivate a high-performance culture, ensuring talent development and team engagement are prioritised.What you'll need: Operational management experience within a professional services, consulting or digital agency environment.Experience leading change and transformation programmes from design through implementation and BAU, in particular, supporting a business, your team and colleagues through the change management process.Experience overseeing strategic workforce planning, skills mapping and project resourcing to ensure we have the best people on projects.As comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity, rolling your sleeves up and diving deep into process design as you are steering the team.Adept at using relevant data and metrics to report to internal stakeholders and our leadership team on key indicators such as utilisation, capacity and profitability.An ability to collaborate effectively with sales and growth stakeholders to align on new business opportunity scoping and provisional staffing.Demonstrated People Leadership experience, comfortable leading Senior Managers and recruiting, retaining and leading your team.What we offer you:
