Operations Director

About the Role As Operations Director, you will report to the Managing Director, overseeing all operational aspects of the business.
Ultimately, this will be working at a strategic level, looking at efficiencies and productivity, and ensuring the highest yield is produced, whilst maintained cost-effectiveness for a lot of the major UK retailers.
You will have all H&S, Engineering, Supply Chain and Production reporting in to you, and P&L responsibility and oversight for these.
As mentioned, you will handle all CAPEX and project related budgets, and be pivotal in the role out of new site developments, machinery and further investment in the operational side of the business.
What do you need?
Proven experience within a Senior Operational role within Food or Fresh Produce manufacturing.
Ability to engage and motivate all different levels of the workforce/team.Tangible examples of site development, improvements and handling of CAPEX projects.Multi department management, including P&L experience and collaborative management.
