Responsibilities for the Operations Delivery Manager role:- Actively promote and enforce the company safety culture and standards close collaboration - with H&S Manager.

- Manage and monitor projects and teams ensuring key milestones achieved.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

- Client liaison and management.
Working with the Business Director to maximise the - relationship & build for future.
- Ensure strong budget control including change management.
- Maintain records and ensure that they are on the WMS - maximising usage of this.

Planning - to ensure we have a smooth cradle to grave - delivery.
- Meet with clients periodically to review performance - selling our qualities on Customer - Maximising internal trading with ORS, OTM.
- Ensuring that fleet operational capabilities are aligned to business requirements and enable - us to respond with agility to client expectations and opportunities.
Key Requirements for this Operations Delivery Manager role: - 10+ years of experience in a leading capacity (Project Lead, Ops Manager, or equivalent) in the Utilities industry - Knowledge of LV mains replacement and EV charging would be beneficial - IT Literate - full Microsoft Suite - Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and budgets.
