Key Responciblities Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders received from both wholesale platforms and retail stores.
Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Logistics Management: Coordinate with third-party transport suppliers to arrange delivery of orders.
Customs Documentation: Prepare and process necessary customs documentation to facilitate international shipments.
Operational Support: Provide support to the wider operations team, contributing to process improvement and problem-solving.
Ideal Candidate: Experience: Proven experience in a busy dispatch or logistics environment is essential IT Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software systems and Microsoft Excel.
