The role?
A new role for an Operations Coordinator has arisen within the Cranes & Hydraulics workshop here at EnerMech.
This is a permanent full time position offering 37.5 hours a week, reporting to the Operations Lead.
This is an office based position where you will liaise with the workshop on a daily basis.
Main duties and responsibilities will include; Regularly liaise with the workshop supervisor and Operation Lead through all stages of job to ensure all jobs are ready and certified for despatch Responsible for producing work packs to allow all work within the workshops to be carried out to a high standard safely Contact internal departments and external suppliers to receive quotes for purchases Responsible for producing daily / weekly job progress reports to Operation Lead Liaise with MHS department regarding arranging all transport requests Maintain and update of all paperwork correctly and efficiently in job folders on company drives and Navision Responsible for providing Operations Lead with daily job progress updates for the planner You are?
You will ideally have had some hands on experience in a workshop so you will be familiar with types of equipment and processes.
You may have already moved into an office based role, or are looking to move away from being hands on and into an office based role where you can utilise your working knowledge.
Ideally you will have experience with purchase orders and processes and be competent in time management with working to tight deadlines.
