Operations Controller Our client, a global organisation is currently seeking an Operations Controller for an immediate start to join their team.
This is a full time permanent position based in Great Yarmouth.
Average 40 hours per week 3 week shift pattern .
On call one week out of three including evenings and one weekend.
Week one: Monday Friday, 08:00-17:00 Week two: Monday Friday, 14:00 - 17:30.
On call from 17:30 07:00 and completely over the weekend.
Week three: Monday Friday, 07:00 14:00.

Responsible for the safe & efficient unloading and loading of Offshore Supply Vessels and the supervision of quayside personnel Ensure service levels are maintained by effectively deploying plant & labour and monitoring working hours in line with the Working Time Directive and our clients policies Arrange off-site/ad hoc jobs as required, including booking third party plant and labour Ensure all staff/agency are trained and competent for their duties Regularly review procedures and risk assessments Help to minimise operational costs wherever practical without compromising on safety Ensure compliance with legislative standards and company procedures Liaise with internal clients to understand vessel turnaround requirements and develop the daily plan Create and maintain vessel turnarounds (voyages) within Integrated Logistics Management System, including arrivals, departures, vessel movements and labour/plant allocations Ensuring Vessel's Customs and CERS paperwork are submitted within a timely manner Ensure all activities are recorded on the Daily Resource Sheet As you would expect from a highly progressive company, an attractive remuneration package is available to the successful applicant.
