Operations Controller

We invite applications for a Operations Controller position, based at our Forties Road premises (Dyce, Aberdeen).Key Responsibilities include:Flight Watch – Maintaining contact with aircraftEngineering Liaison – establish aircraft availability and provide crews for ground runs.Operation and control of daily flying programmePassenger Services / Logistics Liaison – Advising of route changes, delays, passenger requirements and payloads.Communications & IT Systems – compile reports, ensure correct coding is used & update info on systems.Emergency Response Procedures – implement procedures as required in accordance with Company ERP plans and participate in ERP exercises.Key skills and Experience:Previous experience in Flight Operations is essentialGood communication skillsExperience of liaising with customers and clientsA CAA Restricted Radio Operators Certificate would be advantageousPlease note that weekend and evening work will be required.All applicants be currently eligible to work and live in the UK.
