This role will sit at the heart of our business within the Operations Team and you'll be an integral cog in the business as we look to keep growing and scaling efficiently.

Responsibilities Managing the whole lifecycle of our products, from the ideation process through to the last-mile deliveries to our customers; Overseeing the production planning and coordination of the various parts of our international supply chain, including raw materials, packaging and finished goods; Leading on stock forecasting, reordering and the assembly process of our products in our ERP; Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, customers, 3PLs and logistics partners; Streamlining systems and improving processes to drive operational efficiencies and reduce costs; Working with our Technical Team to ensure the traceability documentation for our products is up to scratch; Assisting our Warehouse Manager to make sure all orders are fulfilled (especially during peak season) and customer issues rectified swiftly, as well as to implement process improvements.
