As an Operations Assistant based in Plymouth (PL4 0RW) you'll be responsible for:
Assisting customers at the trade counter, providing prompt and efficient service while building strong relationships.
Carrying out general warehouse tasks, including booking in stock, putting deliveries away into designated locations and maintaining high standards within the warehouse.
Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Responding to customer calls via phone and email
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
Shift times will vary between 7am and 6pm.

Confidence in interacting with customers and providing exceptional service
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential
A great team player with the initiative to excel in this varied position, successfully handling a range of responsibilities within the branch.
