Deaglo is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our innovative and fast-paced team.
As a rapidly growing FinTech company, we empower financial institutions globally with data-driven FX risk management solutions.
This role will be central to ensuring our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do: CRM Administration: Manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, system updates, and supporting the team in leveraging the platform to streamline client interactions.
Drive Administration: Oversee the organization and maintenance of our Google Drive, ensuring teams have access to the resources they need, and file structures are efficient and easy to navigate.
Recruitment Process Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, managing candidate communication, and scheduling interviews.
Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, managing documentation, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing reports.
Training Organization: Coordinate and organize training sessions for both internal teams and new hires, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
System Audits: Conduct regular audits of company systems such as the CRM and Google Drive to ensure efficiency, data integrity, and security compliance.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are set up with the necessary tools, training, and access to systems.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process optimization and operational efficiency to help scale the company as it grows.
Event Coordination: Support in planning and coordinating internal events, team meetings, and external client-facing webinars or events.
System Support: Provide technical and administrative support for operational systems, escalating more complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
What You'll Need: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or similar support role.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
and GSuite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvements.
Experience with recruitment support is a plus.
A keen interest in FinTech or the financial services industry.
