Experienced Operations Assistant - Italian/ Spanish speaking Location: London Bridge Salary: £40,000- £45,000 + Bonus Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (office-based, not remote) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to support the smooth running of our client's European offices.
This is not an entry-level position —we're looking for candidates with solid operational experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced and impactful environment.
As part of a small, but innovative consultancy dedicated to championing fair markets and social justice through rigorous economic investigations and expert reports, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee two of their office operations and maintain a professional, efficient working environment.
Build and manage relationships with suppliers, including placing orders and researching new vendors.
Supervise contractors and ensure the quality of service provided.
Coordinate health and safety checks, as well as internal training sessions.
Assist with website and intranet updates as required.
Provide support with recruitment and HR-related tasks during team absences.
Organize travel, meeting logistics, and team schedules.
Key Skills and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, supporting multiple teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish or Italian.
A degree or relevant post-A-level qualifications is preferred.
