They are looking for a bubbly and confident Centre Operations Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service experience to all stakeholders.
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all customers and visitors at the centre.
Proactively seek feedback and resolve customer queries at first touch.
Manage centre standards to the highest level.
Conduct pre-event inspections of all meeting rooms and show offices.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and processes.
Complete all auditor checks and resolve issues within acceptable time frames.
Manage the accident book and report all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Review and update emergency evacuation procedures.
Monitor contractors to ensure their working practices align with policies.
Essential Skills and Experience: Positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
Experience in hospitality and handling customer service requests.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and a keen interest in delivering great experiences.
