Operations And Strategy Executive

Shelley Capital Management seeks a new hire to assist in the development of its operations and strategy areas across its business.
Shelley Capital Management has 3 main divisions - Secured Property Lending, Investment Reporting for Family Offices and Property Development & Management.
The new hire will report to the Director in charge of Operations/Strategy.
The role will suit a new graduate or someone who has been working for 1-2 years who is seeking to join a growing and entrepreneurial business.
The candidate will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude; be a free-thinker, open to solve problems, identify efficiencies and be a good communicator.
Responsibilities include:   Reviewing current internal processes to identify efficiencies across the business creating internal process documents to ensure a robust control environment across the business Preparing monthly and quarterly service level reports for senior management Assisting with delivering new growth strategies Assisting with developing and expanding current marketing strategies Assisting with the management of new client onboarding Assisting with the development of client engagement Assisting with new projects covering finance, reporting and social media channel development Salary: £30-35,000 plus pension & bonus (depending on experience)
