What will you be doing?
As the Team Lead, you will: Lead and manage the newly formed Wind Project Operation team, ensuring strong performance and market relevance Engage with clients, identifying challenges and delivering tailored solutions to meet operational and business needs Oversee the recruitment, retention, and development of your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Implement effective on-the-job training, upskilling your team to meet the evolving demands of the market Manage team motivation, engagement, and project resourcing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality Allocate your time between technical expertise, commercial work, and business development, with up to 35% spent on management responsibilities Are you the ideal candidate?
To succeed in this role, you will need: Significant experience in wind farm operations, particularly offshore wind operations and maintenance Strong commercial awareness, with a proven ability to navigate market drivers and challenges Demonstrated business development experience and the ability to grow client relationships Leadership skills that motivate, engage, and develop teams in a high-pressure environment Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, able to manage competing work priorities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders A professional and solutions-oriented mindset, with a respect for cultural diversity and a commitment to equality and inclusion What's in it for you?
