The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, OAs and management.As a Operations Analyst you will be the initial point of contact for enquires and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries. Where necessary you will be providing advice to callers and reporting incidents using the designated reporting procedures and protocols set out by us and our clients. You will also be maintaining appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the appropriate Global Physical Security (GPS) and other Lines of Business management on a daily basis.Essential SkillsEssentials:SIA licence (or willing to train to achieve this qualification)Right to work in the UK with a 5 year checkable historyGood communicator, team player and multi-taskerGood computer skillsGood written and verbal comprehension.Able to remain calm and professionalAbility to provide clear and concise adviceHave an understanding of or have the ability to learn the main tenets of safety and security operations and proceduresDE&ISecuritas is an all-inclusive employer, and we encourage individuality within our company.
