As a key part of our Customer Operations Support team youll collaborate closely with a team of dedicated Supply Chain Analysts to ensure smooth and timely execution of orders and shipments for our EMEA customers.

Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfilment & Support: Manage the full cycle of order fulfilment including creating modifying and cancelling orders as needed.
Customer Queries: Address transactional queries related to lead times shipment statuses and related logistics providing accurate and timely updates to our valued customers.
Data Reporting & Analysis: Support team data reporting activities including pulling data analysing reports and updating dashboards (training provided).
Logistics Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics team to track shipment statuses and conduct data analysis on logistics performance.
Process Documentation: Develop and document new workflows to streamline processes and support training efforts.

Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics business management or related field.

and proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience working in fastpaced changeoriented environments.
