Your role at EMCCA Our organisation is undergoing an exciting period of growth.
Were looking for a motivated individual with IT experience to support in onboarding new colleagues, testing new systems as well as providing front-line IT support.
You will also be liaising with our third-party IT providers for more complex queries.
You will be based in our Chesterfield office, helping to ensure our on-site and remote colleagues have everything they need to deliver real change for the East Midlands region.
This role will require a strong approach to working independently and managing your workload as well as a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
Proven experience with Offices 365 package is essential, as youll need to hit the ground running and start making an impact from day one.
Your key responsibilities' will include: Provide first-line IT support with IT hardware and software issues.
Liaise with our third-party ICT service providers to resolve queries and incidents raised to the Operations team.
Ensuring hardware is distributed to new starters and location is recorded accurately in the Asset register.
Completing required administration to ensure systems are in place for new starters.
Completing required administration to support the offboarding of colleagues and contractors.
Supporting in the testing and of new systems and changes being implemented.
Supporting in the documentation of processes.
Your profile: Proven experience providing IT support.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint and Planner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of GDPR and core data principals.
Analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Experience working with standard operating procedures and guidance documents.
ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate (or equivalent) 2 years work experience IT helpdesk or an IT helpdesk-adjacent role Ability to prioritise your own workload, managing competing demands.
