Role Overview You will contribute to the provision of a high-quality service to Bupa Health Clinics & UK Insurance Customers, Clients, Partners, and Providers by working closely with operational staff members within Wellbeing Support Services at all levels.
You will be supporting Bupa EAP which is one of Europe's leading providers of counselling services and Employee Assistance Programmes.
Employee assistance programmes (EAP) are an employee benefit that provides teams with support and practical advice on issues that might be impacting their wellbeing and performance.
What you'll do: Work alongside our inhouse Counsellors, Mental Wellbeing Practitioners, CBT Therapists and Psychologists.
Booking clients in for Mental Health Appointments with our internal and external teams Rescheduling Mental Health appointments Working several mailboxes to support clients, companies, and external 3rd parties with their queries Updating client files with personal data, noting of any changes at anytime Data input manually and automatically via uploads Processing, auditing, and checking invoices received Working with our 3rd parties to correct any invoicing queries Making payments to our 3rd parties' companies and therapists.
Provide MI data our companies when requested Ad-hoc queries Adhere to and demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of Bupa's products, policies, and procedures Supporting other teams within our area Working towards tight Service Level Agreements What you'll bring: PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages.
Must have the ability to combine talking and typing skills Excellent communication skills You will be adaptable and flexible with the ability to learn new skills and adapt to a changing environment You will have experience or an interest in the healthcare industry or mental health.
