Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Consultant to join a Digital Trust and Cyber Security Team.
In this role, you will help design resilient, future-ready businesses that not only withstand adversity but thrive within it.
Your expertise will guide clients in managing third-party risks, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining regulatory compliance to safeguard both reputation and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive analyses of end-to-end operations to ensure organizational resilience.
Apply a holistic approach to business continuity, evaluating resilience across personnel, third-party partnerships, security, and critical IT operations.
Provide expertise in essential risk management practices, addressing vulnerabilities in complex business landscapes.
Drive thought leadership initiatives, contributing to the development of assets that enhance the Operational Resilience team's capabilities.
Collaborate across teams, bringing innovative insights to bolster resilience strategies in diverse industries.
Required Experience Passion for building resilient organizations and strengthening economic robustness.
Proven experience (3+ years) in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and IT Service Management.
Proficiency in risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements, with knowledge of standards like COBIT, ITIL, and international resilience standards.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a focus on fostering connections across business units.
Relevant certifications (BCI, DRI, CISSP, IRM) are advantageous, as is familiarity with Financial Services Regulation.
