Job Title: Operational Resilience Consultant Location: London or Manchester Salary: £40,000-£65,000 (DoE) Are you looking to join a consultancy, built on innovation and transformation, dedicated to building a positive human future?

As Operational Resilience Consultant , you will support clients in building resilient businesses, safeguarding reputations, meeting regulatory requirements, and maintaining a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities: • Assess end-to-end business operations for resilience, moving beyond traditional business continuity.
• Evaluate resilience across various areas, including third-party risk, IT functions, security, and people.
• Contribute to the growth and thought leadership of the Operational Resilience team.
• Develop risk management solutions to address modern business challenges.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective resilience strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management, Crisis Management, IT Service Management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of IT operations and potential business vulnerabilities.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with IT service models such as COBIT and ITIL.
• Familiarity with international standards for resilience, risk management, and service continuity.
Desirable: • Relevant certifications such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, or IRM.
• Experience in financial services or knowledge of industry regulations.
