Our Operational Resilience team plays a vital role in helping clients strengthen their businesses, protect their reputation, and navigate today's regulatory landscape with confidence.
What You'll Do: Conduct in-depth assessments of our clients' operations to identify vulnerabilities and enhance resilience.
Move beyond traditional continuity models to build robust frameworks for business resilience across all areas, including third parties, IT functions, and human resources.
Help shape and develop our resilience capabilities through thought leadership and innovative approaches to complex risk management.
Apply your knowledge of key resilience principles to improve business stability and manage risk across people, technology, and operational domains.
Who You Are: A strategic thinker with a strong background in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, or Third Party Risk Management.
Self-motivated and passionate about making a positive impact, with a history of success and pride in your work.
Experienced in engaging and managing key stakeholders and understanding where IT systems are critical—and sometimes vulnerable—to business resilience.
Knowledgeable in industry standards for resilience, risk management, information security, or service continuity.
Certified or familiar with industry frameworks such as BCI, DRI, CISSP, IRM, or with IT service models like COBIT and ITIL.
You may also have experience in the financial services sector and understand the impact of sector regulations on resilience planning.
