Job summary This is an onsite part time role for 16 hours.An exciting opportunity has arisen for clinically focused, highly motivated clinical pharmacist who wish to expand their experience by working onsite in a General Practices within the South Manchester area.You will be enrolled on an 18-month national training program, including attainment of an independent prescribing qualification (if applicable).
You will also be supported by a national network of pharmacists who are undertaking the same journey.

Help support the repeat prescription system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while addressing both public and social care needs of patients.You will support with prescribing practices across the PCN, providing clinical leadership on medicines optimization and quality improvement.
