Receive, assist and direct patients accessing our service and in a courteous, efficient and effective way.Process requests for home STI testing kits and dispatch correctly to patients depending on their needs.Provide general assistance to the Sexual Health Department managers and clinicians and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or on the telephone.
Main duties of the job We are looking to recruit a full-time administrator to join the Sexual Health Team.
The Oxfordshire Sexual Health Service is a fast-paced unit and requires someone who will be excited by being part of a caring team delivering services to patients across Oxfordshire.
