An exciting opportunity has arisen with in our Oncology secretarial department.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, excited and eager to join us in our journey of improvement.
The successful candidate will be required to support the Medical Secretarial Team in the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service, outline new and efficient processes and inpatient and outpatient waiting list management for our speciality, in accordance with the Patient Access Policy.
You will be required to communicate appointments and admission related information to patients and carers along with answering queries both verbally and written, and typing correspondence within performance targets as appropriate, and supporting in the delivery of the local and national NHS targets.
This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone who has clerical experience of working in the NHS, but this is not essential as full training will be given to the successful candidate.
